“ Visiting from California. First time visit. I was looking to order the Large Pepperoni Magnifico advertised on TV for $9.99. The cashier told me 'oh, we don't have that special here'. Through me off since the advertisement covers the local Charleston area. I ended up spending $12.99 + tax for a medium. The quality of the pizza is good. But because I was not able to get the TV advertised special, I'm not sure I'll return. Why advertise a special if it can't be honored. ”
“ Visited Marco’s yesterday and had the pleasure of being helped by Jaden. He demonstrated patience and kindness in his interactions with my mom and I as we reviewed the menu. His dedication to assist and inform us about the menu while also keeping a positive attitude definitely stood out. “ Disappointment is the key word. I came in on a whim to buy a pizza. Marco's has a great pizza. I went in, and I was unable to access my app, so I asked if they could check my account or if there were any discounts available. I was told only through the app. Which I know is not true due to experience with other locations. Then I waited for my pizza and wasn't told it was ready and had to ask for it. Had I not, the employees would not have told me it was ready. ”
“ I cannot even describe how good my pizza was. It was carryout and was a perfect temp when I got it home to devour it. I am not normally a fan of thicker crusts, but it worked. The combo of the crust, sauce, cheese and all those yummy meats. A perfect blend which has made my stomach very happy. Now it's nap time. ”
